Welcome to Patron-Client! Patron-Client is the only platform available in the market based on regional patronage. Establish patron-client relationships in regional centers. There are 5 different types of regional centers, targeting different user groups, including:

• Center of Ideas,
• Center of Trade,
• Media Center,
• Center of projects, and, finally,
• Religious Center,

This is your opportunity to become a regional leader or regional follower and potential patron or client.

The Patronage process

Step 1: Sign up.

Register.

Step 2: Codify your trade.

Your trade defines who you are. You need a professional trade in order to be successful in life. And this applies to patronage as well. Patrons not only look for regional support, they also look for support from clients who stand out from the crowd, who created something unique. It is more likely that patrons will support talented individuals. Our platform supports different kinds of creators, not just media content creators. On Patron-Client you can promote:

• Products,
• Services,
• Art,
• Platforms,
• or even your Vision.

Step 3: Join regional centers

Join regional centers as leader or follower. It is possible that you are a leader in one area but a follower in another. Your products, services, art, platforms and vision will be automatically promoted on the regional marketplace based on your link with a particular region. Select your region from the map on GeoRegions, and join one of the centers as leader or follower.

The map we use is based on the year 1444 because we believe that this year was a turning point in European history. We seek to learn lessons from history. Armed with this historical map and our knowledge of history we seek to provide an alternative future for this Millennium, based on prosperity and historical justice.

Step 4: Propose and receive offers of Patronage as Patron or Client

On the GeoRegions page, select your region of interest and check the available leaders and followers in a particular Regional Center. Check their profile and their creative work, and then decide to engage in a patron-client relationship. Remember that Leaders are more likely to accept a new Client, and that Followers are more likely to accept a Patron. But this is not a rule! Alternatively, check out the regional marketplace to explore talent before you decide taking this step.

Additional steps: Maintain your Startpage and exchange backlinks with Patrons

In any case, you can add links and categories (in order to group links) to your personal Startpage for free in order to decorate it. Additionally, you can add content to your Startpage from Codifypedia, which is integrated with Patron-Client. If you add backlinks from there against a small fee you can then exchange links with your patrons. If you run out of slots based on the maximum number of patrons, you have to buy additional slots.

Startpages are an important feature on Patron-Client and provide an overview of the content a user is interested in. Share your Startpage on social media.

Final step

Build a repution in your region based on Microposts, short messages similar to tweets.

What is a Patron?

A Patron is an invidual who uses his influence to support the needs of Clients in return for political support. Usually Patrons have some degree of privilege, money or power. Often, Patrons are sponsors using direct services of Clients, who benefit from work.

What is a Client?

A Client is an invidual who seeks protection from a more established, better connected, wealthy, or more powerful individual. Thanks to the received support, including direct and indirect opportunities, a Client remains loyal and supports his Patron politically.

What is a Patron-Client relationship (Patronage)?

A Patron-Client relationship is a hierarchical relationship with distinct benefits for both Patron and Client. It is transactional because it involves exchange of services in both direction, resulting in loyalty. In order to prevent corruption, Clients should understand the motives of Patrons and check their reputation. Vice versa, Patrons should set standards for potential Clients.

Generally, a leader attracts clients and a follower attracts patrons.

Geopolitical players

Patron-Client officially supports a user with two profiles who has a geopolitical mission. Currently, he is combining two roles and is entitled to post Royal Decrees based on his jurisdiction (associated with each role), according to our historical world order.

• Lord Protector of TEAM (Third Europe's Alternative Millennium), a pretender to the Angevin throne, based on a newly created Angevin polity representing the political union of the Kingdom of England (not the United Kingdom, which we do not acknowledge as we support Scottish independence), and Royal France (that part of France that is still loyal to a Crown, meaning loyal to a sovereign Leader who represents Royal institutions). This user's actions are guided by his mission to secure TEAM and build the TEAM Commonwealth, a new geopolitical alliance inspired by and extending Józef Beck's Third Europe.
• The Sovereign Romano-British Leader, the inofficial Lord Protector of Rome. This user's actions are guided by his mission to build the Byzantine League, a network of interconnected lands, cities and towns based on trade and trade opportunity. It is a new kind of Hanseatic League for Central and Eastern Europe. To support his mission he has jurisdiction over Macedonia-Greece.
